Job Summary:

As a Growth Marketing Expert/Manager you will spearhead the development and execution of

marketing strategies designed to expand our market presence and drive business growth. You

will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities implement campaigns and

measure their effectiveness. This role requires a datadriven mindset creativity and a deep

understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with business

objectives.

Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drive business expansion.

2. Campaign Management:

Plan implement and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns including digital social

media content marketing email and events.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal results and ROI.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize data analytics to track and report on marketing metrics campaign performance and

customer insights.

Leverage data to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies.

4. Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with sales product development and other internal teams to ensure cohesive

marketing efforts.

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing initiatives.

5. Brand Management:

Enhance and protect the companys brand image through consistent and impactful marketing

efforts.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a unified brand presence.

6. Innovation and Trends:

Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in marketing.

Experiment with new marketing approaches and technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field. A Master s

degree is a plus.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in growth marketing preferably within the pharmaceutical

or healthcare industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics CRM software marketing

automation tools).

Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
