Responsibilities: Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy that encompasses all stages of the customer lifecycle: acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. Manage and Run Performance Marketing Campaigns across facebook, google & Linkedin. Use a variety of channels to drive traffic and conversions, including paid media, SEO, email, social media, and content marketing. Oversee and optimize our performance marketing efforts to ensure efficient customer acquisition and strong return on ad spend (ROAS). Design and implement retention strategies that increase customer engagement and minimize churn. Analyze campaign performance and pivot strategies based on data insights and market trends. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
