Role Description Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention. Conduct in-depth market research, analyze customer insights, and identify growth opportunities. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and partnerships. Implement A/B testing, data analysis, and conversion rate optimization to improve marketing performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and sales to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Track and report on key performance metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness to stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree and top tier college is preferred). Proven experience (minimum 2 years to maximum 5 years) in growth marketing, or a related role within a startup or high-growth environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.). Expertise in digital marketing channels and tactics such as SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience with conversion rate optimization and marketing automation tools. Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills. Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact. Experience in the tech industry or B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) companies is a plus.
