We are looking for a rockstar hands-on Brand Marketing Head to join our team! You will be responsible for leading our brand's strategic direction & development, and execution of all marketing and branding activities. Your leadership will ensure our brand's message is consistently communicated & enhances user engagement across social media, merchant partners, brand activations, app merchandising etc

Qualifications:

1) Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;

Must have relevant education from a Tier-1 college (NID, NIFT, MICA)

2) Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles

3) Creative thinker with a passion for great copy, creative and communication; to create timeless stories

4) Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.

5) Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

6) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

7) Deep understanding of market research methods and analysis.

8) Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment..

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement a cohesive brand & creative strategy

2) Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer insights, and emerging opportunities to build the brand

3) Develop innovative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's positioning

4) Own ideation, conceptualization, and execution of campaigns & key visuals to help drive marketing objectives Work with internal and external teams to deliver within timelines

5) Own brand & creative strategy across social media, PR, digital, partners & other media touch points Keep abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate

6) Provide mentorship and leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture
