Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver GTM strategies on fresh to market approaches: - Develop and implement strategies for customer segmentation, acquisition and retention on newer product lines - Agility to work across omnichannel growth levers - Utilize data-driven insights for decision making - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiatives Innovative Strategy Development: - End to end ownership of innovative strategies to drive growth via cross sell and upsell opportunities within Razorpay ecosystem - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Full funnel ownership: - Data backed understanding of full funnel performance and identifying strategies to improve CAC, LTV and retention of customers across different product lines - Analyze data to identify key insights and opportunities for innovation. Omni-Channel Ownership: - Ability to drive performance and SEO efforts in acquiring new customer base - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
