The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in market research and concept development within the hospitality industry, and a proven track record of creating detailed feasibility studies for hotels and resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to assess viability and market demands for new hotel and resort projects.

- Develop innovative concepts that align with client objectives and market trends.

- Prepare detailed feasibility studies, including financial projections and strategic recommendations.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

- Provide insights and guidance on hospitality trends to enhance our consultancy offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market analysis tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
