HR Trainee

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn about the HR domain. You will be mainly responsible for assisting Senior HR and Recruiter.

Responsibilities : HR Operation/Admin :

• Assist with day to day operations and administrative support in the HR department and follow duties
  

• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) and employee details update in our internal software office management like employee photo employee personal and other details as per software.
  

• Checking Attendance and call to latecomers and update to Senior HR.
  

• Maintain and update all companys social media profiles for marketing & branding.
  

• Coordinate with vendors and recruitment agencies for process smoothing.
  

• Follow our training calendar and remind all related people concerned about training and update to Senior HR.
  

• regular HR meetings reminders and arrange meetings between CEO HR and employees.
  

• Assist to Senior HR and CEO as per requirements.

• Essential Skills
