We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts across multiple teams and verticals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Execution: - Develop, lead, and implement the overall marketing plan on a day-to-day basis across four key teams and verticals: Social Media & Content, Performance, PR, and Community. - Utilize a combination of creative and structured thinking to drive innovative marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and tactics for maximum effectiveness. 2. Leadership and Team Management: - Provide strong leadership and guidance to the marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. - Mentor and develop team members, empowering them to excel in their respective roles and contribute to the overall success of the marketing function. - Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. 3.
