grofleX is seeking a Junior Marketer to assist us in preparing, developing, and executing our company’s marketing strategies and enhancing our promotional efforts by managing and executing marketing deliverables, and monitoring campaign performance.

As a Junior Marketer at grofleX, you will primarily be working to create, develop, and distribute content. You will assist the marketing team by performing a variety of tasks, such as creating content for the website, managing SEO, writing ad copy, social media management, and development, setting up email campaigns, helping manage events, etc.

As part of your duties at our company, you will also track projects and assist in standardizing marketing materials. If you have an educational background in marketing, the ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills, you are the perfect candidate for this role. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web editing tools like WordPress and analytics tools. 

Responsibilities 

• Support the production of marketing materials and manage event activities 
• Manage and edit our website using WordPress and other tools to optimize for organic web traffic growth and lead generation 
• Produce and edit content like white papers, case studies, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and webinars 
• Monitor social media and competitive review sites to assess the public’s perception of the company’s brand 
• Write email subject lines, QA email copy, and set up email campaigns 
• Track projects and team activities and assist in standardizing marketing materials 

Requirements 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing with a fast-paced startup and should be working in the startup culture
• A degree in Business Administration 
• Ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret KPI and ROI metrics 
• Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Marketing is a must
• Experience with WordPress or other web HTML skills 
• Experience with email marketing and the use of marketing automation and CRM platforms 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication 
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
