The Role

• Own key Market Sizing missions and continuously innovate and contribute actively to other Market Sizing missions.
• Understand and develop a point of view on Kyndryl competitors, which includes custom projects, tracking relevant news, and announcements on earnings, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and major deals.
• Competitor overview with summary of strategy, go to market, SWOT and financial metrics.
• Provide advice and counsel on market insights to geographies, Kyndryl practices, partners, and alliance partners.
• Develop a point of view and help Kyndryl practice leaders by creating detailed/custom market views that highlight major trends, buyer behaviors, market dynamics, and emerging business areas.
• Develop the questionnaire/discussion guide, data analysis plan, sampling process, sample size etc.
• Bring together data and insights from various sources and techniques while working with external agencies to achieve defined research objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders – diagnosing their needs and helping them to achieve their business objectives.

Who You Are

• More than 5 years of experience in the Technology Industry.
• Demonstrated experience (at least 3+ years) in secondary Market Research & Analysis in IT industry.
• Master's degree or MBA (Marketing and/or Information Technology).
• Ability to study financial statements and identify & distil appropriate data with good research skills.
• Developing and managing relationships with teams and stakeholders through global and cultural awareness.
• Excellent communication skills - storyboarding and presentation creation; ability to create concise and consumable insights.
• Applying analytical, logical, and critical thinking to conceptualize or solve problems.
• Gathering and analyzing data, generating insights, visualising and presenting results, develop and conducting a hypothesis test.
• Distilling complex information into key messages.
• Thrives in metrics and data-driven environments.
