Job Description - Manager - Digital Marketing - Diagnostic/Healthcare/Pharmaceutical

Position : Digital Marketing Manager Open for : Both Male/Female Candidates Work Experience Needed : Proven track record of at least 5+ years in the digital marketing field. (Someone possessing experience from Diagnostic/Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Industry would be preferred) Work Location : Powai, Mumbai (Open for both local as well as outstation candidates. However, outstation candidates should be comfortable with relocation to Mumbai and managing their self-accommodation activities from the offered CTC) Working Pattern : 6 Days/Week Pattern with 5 Days operating from an office environment and Saturday operating from home. Job Brief : We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help with the design, implementation and optimization of Digital Marketing Strategy. The ideal applicant would be passionate about everything related to technology and marketing. You should have a solid understanding of the ideas behind digital marketing and how digital platforms can become a strong asset for securing growing revenue. The candidate needs to be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce company's marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities : - Candidate must keep up-to-date with trends and have relevant knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMO, Google AdWords, etc. - Basic designing skills and ability to use digital platforms like Canva, Adobe Spark, Pixlr X, etc. to create a variety of graphics. - Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on the company's website and social media platforms viz. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc. - Knowledge of web analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc. - Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. - Collaborate with designers to improve user experience. - Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive digital communications. - Manage marketing insights, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns. - Track website traffic and other metrics. - Optimize the performance of the website. - Provide reports to the managing teams. - Analytical mind-set and critical thinking. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Pitch new ideas to the reporting manager. Key Skills Needed In The Candidate : - Analytical mind-set and critical thinking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices - Ability to generate and analyse data - Knowledge of various metrics - Self-driven and motivated Pay : 50,000.00 - 1,25,000.00 per month (Gross Pay) (ref:updazz.com)
