What you can expect ?: As an Integrated Marketing Manager at SLK, you can expect an exciting opportunity to lead integrated marketing efforts at SLK, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies, analyst relations roadmap, enhancing our brand presence, and driving impactful lead generation initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

· Support the business in strategic planning and execution of the end-to-end marketing plan, from driving awareness and demand to managing customer acquisition and retention through an insights-driven multi-step and multi-channel customer journey.

· Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of our analyst program, encompassing strategic guidance and collaboration with renowned analysts from organizations such as Gartner, ISG, Everest, Zinnov, IDC, and more, to secure positive coverage and enhance our market positioning.

· Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and capture high-quality leads, increase brand awareness, and support business objectives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative services, to create impactful marketing collateral such as brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and website content that resonates with target audiences and drives lead generation.

· Work closely with subject matter experts to understand our services and technologies and create high-quality, industry-specific content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and thought leadership pieces that support lead generation efforts.

· Plan, organize, and participate in tradeshows, conferences, and virtual events to showcase our offerings, generate leads, and build relationships with industry professionals and potential clients.

· Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance metrics, such as ads traffic, lead conversion rates, and campaign ROI, to optimize lead generation efforts and drive continuous improvement across channels, including social and paid platforms.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets to enhance brand exposure and secure collaboration opportunities that contribute to lead generation.

· Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven track record of 5 years of experience in marketing roles in the IT services industry.

· Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on integrated marketing and lead generation.

· Proven experience in managing analyst relations, including building and maintaining relationships with key analysts and industry influencers, to drive positive market perception and support business objectives.

· Experience in planning and executing successful lead generation campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event management.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
