Manager - Marketing Automation
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing automation strategy:
Analyse current marketing processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Select and implement the most suitable marketing automation software for the organisation's needs.
Develop workflows and nurture journeys to engage prospective families at different stages of the enrolment process.
· Manage and optimise marketing automation campaigns:
Design and build engaging email campaigns, landing pages, and automated workflows.
Segment email lists and personalize content to ensure targeted messaging.
A/B test different campaign elements to optimize performance.
Implement lead scoring and manage lead nurturing programs.
· Data analysis and reporting:
Track and analyze key marketing automation metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates).
Generate reports and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Track ROI (Return on Investment) of marketing automation efforts.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends:
Actively research and learn about new marketing automation tools and best practices.
Attend industry conferences and workshops.
Continuously refine and improve the organization’s marketing automation strategy.
· Teamwork and Collaboration:
Work closely with the admissions team, development team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all departments.
Provide training and support to other staff members on utilising marketing automation tools.
