Jupiter is all about a brand new banking experience About the role: Jupiter Money is looking for a digital marketing manager accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily, we want you! Team: User Growth & Product Marketing Key Roles and Responsibilities : Lead budget allocation and planning of digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition Execution of campaigns across channels (SEO/SEM, Google - Display/ Shopping/ Search/ YouTube/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels, Programmatic) to meet key performance metrics Drive and monitor A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize key performance metrics; Analyze findings, present recommendations and scale as necessary Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Measurement and reporting of the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics) Must Have Skills : Min 3+ years of experience in core Performance Marketing. Able to collaborate effectively across teams such as Product, Brand, Content & Design Must be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills Prior experience in Analytics & Product Management is a plus High degree of ownership in taking things to completion Candidate Persona : Go getter Bias for action : find your way & move forward.
