As a member of the global marketing team, you will play a key role in actively marketing Bastian Solutions’ products and services to Indian and Asian Pacific customers. The ideal candidate will have experience developing strategic marketing plans, analyzing industry trends, performing competitive analysis and generating demand. You will continuously engage in developing digital marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, supporting sales initiatives, and communicating internally and externally as per Bastian Solutions’ standards.
Performance Objectives: –
Execute and report on all India and APAC marketing efforts
– Work with leadership to develop regional marketing plans and strategy
– Perform competitor analysis and thorough industry research to support strategic planning
– Actively develop Bastian Solutions brand awareness in the region – Work with marketing team to execute strategic campaigns that generate new business opportunities – Lead all local customer events and trade show exhibitions
– Lead and qualify inbound sales and marketing customer inquires for the region
– Leverage CRM and marketing automation tool to effectively communicate to clients and prospects
– Support internal communications to all employees of Bastian Solutions India regarding use of proper logos, formats, blog articles, presentations to ensure global brand standards
– Develop consistent communications and reporting to key leadership
– Build relationships with local and industry media by providing expert resources and content support
– Work with marketing leadership to manage annual budget for region-specific promotions and events
– Provide relevant content and strategies to support corporate social media efforts

Manager, Sales Enablement, Marketing (direct) – Manager, Sales, India (dotted line) – Manager, HR, India (dotted line)
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience
– Degree in marketing, business or communications preferred
– Experience working with a global marketing team
– Experience in managing media placements, trade show execution and budgets
– Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programs
– Experience with a CRM and other marketing automation tools a plus
– Ability to fluently speak and write in English and understand other Indian languages
– Ability to travel for trade shows and customer events
– Experience with project management tool a plus
