Man Matters, started in May 2020, is a digital elective health platform for men, helping 2.5M+ men every year diagnose and solve for their hair, beard, performance and nutrition concerns by offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches.

Be Body wise started in May 2021, is an online women’s elective health platform, serving 1.5M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair, face, body, pcos, sleep and nutrition.

Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene and behavioral development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

Job description:

As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales. You will collaborate with influencers and manage campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring that they align with our brand values and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential influencers and content creators who align with our brand's values and target audience.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Develop creative influencer marketing strategies and campaign ideas that drive brand awareness and product promotion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage influencer contracts, ensuring all deliverables and expectations are clearly outlined.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of influencer collaborations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging influencer marketing techniques to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage influencer content and ensure it adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate product seeding and shipments to influencers.
  • Manage influencer compensation, including negotiation and payment processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
