Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities. The role will be based in Bavla, Gujarat.
- Interacting with customers for business development and Conducted extensive negotiations with partners, establishing synergistic, highly profitable relationships.
- Analysis of various countries business culture and environment.
- Maintain Strong bonding with existing customers by virtue of regular interaction which takes cares of healthy and repetitive business with each other.
- Perform comprehensive market analysis and create accurate sales forecasts.
- Ensuring timely receipt of payments per credit terms, C forms, Proof of Exports with different customer.
- Developed and nurtured excellent relationships with key accounts.
- This established trust and rapport with present customers simultaneously working to develop new customer base.
- Co-ordinate with Production, QA, QC & team in Commercial order to expedite the proper procedure and documentation meeting deadlines.
- Conducting customer survey’s, Analyze feedback and initiate corrective actions for customer satisfaction.
- Overhaul the activities of marketing and dispatch dept. and also to maintain the daily stock availability and making sure that customer should get material within the stipulated period.
- Prepare, Analyze and quantify factual data for Management decision making in form of MIS.
- Resolving Customer-Queries i.e. related to quality, Price, Delivery Utilizing market survey, Product fair, expert’s opinion etc. as marketing tools to enhance and improve customer base.
- Visiting pharmaceutical exhibitions like CPhi, etc. for initiating contacts with new customers and improving relationship with existing customers.
