The Food & Beverage Marketing Manager will lead all marketing initiatives relating to Raw Experiences’ at Lotus Hospitality food and beverage business. ResponsibilitiesMonthly Calendarized Plan of Activations : Social media, On ground and Online aggregatorsDrive initiatives in coordination with Beverage & Food operations for ensuring strong PR.Build CRM : Leverage WhatsApp messaging tools and email database campaigns to increase visitation and ensure repeat business.Work closely with the Event agencies, Night Club promoters & Party organizers for meeting the sales goals.Create marketing partnerships and promotions with like minded brands (F& B/Non F&B), & suppliers that drive revenue and access new audiences.Inhouse Content creation (static creatives, dynamic content, reels & videos) and manage, monitor all digital marketing campaigns and traditional on ground activationSource & Build a strong and engaged influencer program.Oversee all reputation and citation management on Google, Zomato & other online review & rating platforms.Proactively keep abreast of current trends and events in marketing, social technologies, new media, and relevant industries.Measure performance of all marketing programs and communicate results to management.Qualifications4-5+ years professional experience in food and beverage marketing; experience in BangalorepreferredStrong proficiency in working on adobe photoshop, MS Suite inc. Teams, SharePoint, etc & knowledge of leading software for creating reelsThe ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of traditional and digital marketing tactics in the food and beverage industry.Strong project management skills, able to work in a (very) fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize, deliver ROI.Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write a marketing plan that communicates high-level strategy and actionable tactics.Team player, willing to do anything to get the job done.Must understand reservation booking systems and 3rd Party ordering platforms
