Role
Work closely with Higher Management of Academic & Corporate, take complete ownership of the allocated Centers of Logiczap NextGen Technologies (Admission, Revenue Generation, Sales & Marketing activities)
Eligibility
B. Tech. (Graduate)/ BBA / MBA - (Experienced Candidate)
3+ Years of Experience in Sales, Business Development & Marketing
An engineering background or relevant degree will added bonus
Expected Salary
Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of the allocated Logiczap Center, and manage all activity.
Handle a small team, and report back to directors with DWM & KRAs daily.
Take complete ownership of Admission, Revenue Generation, Sales & Marketing activities.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through Inbound / Outbound / Cold calls & Emails.
Call and handle leads provided by the company & convert the leads into sales.
Handle Logiczap's corporate clients, identify, engage, and coordinate with Corporates for business opportunities
Drive tie-ups with top-notch Organizations. Maintain healthy relationships with new and existing business partners.
Visit different colleges across the country to drive collaboration-related meetings/works.
Understand the Client's requirements and pitch the right Product/Services. Achieve monthly milestones and close sales.
Develop digital marketing and social media strategy (both organic and paid) with clear brand awareness and lead generation goals.
Handle CRM Tools, FB Marketing & other tools to achieve daily work/targets.
Should understand/create customer needs through consultative talking.
Counseling prospects and converting them to sales by understanding needs and concerns.
Updating the daily task on Excel & keeping a clear track record of each lead assigned and following the sales process
Preference
Good to have prior experience in working with Education/Related Industry
Must have previous experience in Sales & Marketing
Must have previous experience in Marketing Tools
Must have previous experience in CRM Tools
Shall be available for in-office work & business visits
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Email Writing, and PowerPoint.
Good to have prior experience in working with T&P Cell
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication with clients and management
Ability to work on multiple projects and finish them on time
