Marketing ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, creative flair, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Position: Marketing ManagerLocation: Bangalore, India OnsiteSalary: Upto 7-8L per annumResponsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.Lead the creation of engaging content across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.Manage social media platforms and oversee social media management, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.Oversee offline marketing initiatives, including events, partnerships, and traditional advertising campaigns.Develop and implement strategies for marketing fashion products on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and others.Collaborate with external agencies to manage performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and social media advertising.Identify and onboard relevant enablers for the platform related to marketing, including technology partners and marketing tools.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.Analyze campaign performance and ROI to continuously improve marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive team success.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Tech-savvy with proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives.Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering results.Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Experience in managing offline marketing initiatives and partnerships.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of online marketplaces and experience in marketing fashion products on e-commerce platforms.Experience working with external agencies and managing performance marketing campaigns.If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a desire to drive business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
