Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing communications, PR, industry partnerships, and brand management. The Marketing Specialist will be aligned to the goals of regional brand management and talent marketing for the company in India. The candidate would be responsible for developing and executing regional brand campaigns, managing relationships with industry partners, creating compelling content, and activating the brand at various forums. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker, an excellent communicator, and a skilled collaborator.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our culture and corporate brand for internal as well as external audiences. This would include internal newsletters, culture guidebook, event participation, sponsorships, etc.

· Would be responsible for creating and curating thought leadership content for social media and other platforms.

· Manage relationships with industry partners to identify opportunities for collaboration

· Keep a close eye on brand perception and market sentiment on various social channels like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc. Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, and other marketing materials to build employer brand.

· Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging

· Manage budgets and timelines for marketing projects

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

· Master's degree/ Post graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

· 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content writing, PR and brand management

· Excellent writing and communication skills

· Strong project management skills

· Experience with IT services industry

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
