As the Category Marketing Manager for the Kitchen Category at our Client organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and brand awareness for range of traditional kitchen products. Based out of our Bangalore office, you will collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales for the Kitchen Category.
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the sales/Customer Experience team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualise and execute compelling marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies to optimise online presence and maximise reach.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Category Development:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences within the kitchen category.
- Identify and explore new product opportunities to expand the kitchen category.
- Work with the product development team to ensure alignment between customer expectations and product offerings.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand presence for the Kitchen Category.
- Collaborate with the branding team to create engaging and consistent messaging across various channels.
- Ensure that marketing activities align with the overall brand strategy and values.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide insights and feedback to relevant teams to continuously improve products and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for marketing, with a focus on driving sales for product
- categories. Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in collaborating with creative teams and digital
- marketing agencies.
- Passion for traditional Indian kitchenware and culinary
- practices is a plus.
