About Us

We are a provider of accounting, finance, and life insurance services based in Melbourne, Australia. We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Marketing Strategist with operations co-ordination experience. Knowledge in leveraging AI will make your application stand out to join our growing team in Bengaluru, India.

The Role

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies that drive growth across our accounting, finance, and life insurance businesses. You will utilize your expertise in AI marketing tools to gain valuable customer insights, personalize campaigns, and optimize performance for maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across accounting, finance, and life insurance verticals, leveraging AI tools for data analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Conduct market research, identify target audiences, and develop buyer personas to inform content creation and campaign direction.
  • Manage and analyze marketing campaign performance using AI-powered analytics platforms.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly in the realm of AI applications.
  • Provide administrative support to other business functions as needed
  • Data entry and document management: Assisting with tasks like client paperwork management and maintaining records.
  • Client onboarding and account maintenance: Helping with the initial setup of new client accounts, processing payments, and ensuring accurate client information.
  • Prepare presentations and reports (light marketing aspect): While core marketing tasks would be separate, creating basic presentations to summarize data or reports for internal meetings could be relevant.
  • Answer phones and emails: Providing general customer service support by answering phones and emails, potentially including fielding basic inquiries or directing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings: Scheduling meetings for the marketing team (or other departments) with clients or colleagues.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment: Ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring equipment is functioning properly, and resolving minor technical issues.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and financial tasks (basic tasks): Helping with data entry for financial records (limited to tasks that don't require accounting expertise) or bank reconciliations (basic aspects).

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing , with 2-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of AI marketing tools and their applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to collaborate effectively with a team in a different time zone (Australian business hours).

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time, office-based position located in Bengaluru , India
  • Start time is 6:00 AM IST to align with Australian business hours
