Job Title: Digital Media Specialist (SEO, Marketing Automation, AR/VR)

Media Budget handled: 30 Lakhs+ per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist who will be responsible for implementing
effective strategies across multiple areas, including SEO, marketing automation, and AR/VR etc. This role will involve optimizing our online presence, improving customer engagement, and creating
immersive experiences to enhance our brand visibility and drive growth. The ideal candidate is a
versatile professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings,
website visibility, and traffic.
• Perform keyword research, conduct on-page and off-page optimization, and monitor website
performance using SEO tools and analytics.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content, ensuring it is SEO-friendly and
aligns with target keywords.
• Monitor industry trends and algorithm changes to stay updated on best practices for SEO and
incorporate them into our strategies.
• Design and execute marketing automation campaigns using relevant tools to nurture leads,
increase conversions, and enhance customer journeys.
• Develop personalized and targeted email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content
creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation strategies with overall
marketing objectives.
• Utilize AR/VR technologies to create interactive and immersive experiences that enhance product
presentations, customer engagement, and brand perception.
• Stay informed about emerging AR/VR trends, technologies, and best practices, and propose
innovative ideas for implementing AR/VR solutions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to
optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, continually exploring
opportunities to enhance our digital media efforts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist, SEO Specialist, Marketing Automation
Specialist, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, practices, and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, keyword
research, on-page/off-page optimization).
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Strong understanding of AR/VR technologies, development platforms and content creation
processes.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and meet
deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
