Job Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Marketer (Media Buyer) to join our team.
You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and external partners to create and implement strategies that optimize conversions, increase revenue, and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across various channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, display networks, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target demographics and optimize campaign targeting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights, making real-time adjustments to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and landing page development, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing , landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to clients, offering actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and future growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted adviso r and providing strategic guidance on performance marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Have knowledge of paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.
- Have knowledge in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong passion for staying at the forefront of the performance marketing industry.
