Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies and plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels, including search engines (Google Ads), social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other ad networks.
• Optimize campaigns continuously by testing different variables (e.g., ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies) to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., sales, content, product) to ensure alignment on objectives and maximization of marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates on PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
