Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Associate. The Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication, market research, sales, marketing, and project management.

EXPERIENCE REQUISITE

• 3+ years of experience in the same field
• Background in performance & media houses
• eCommerce experience is a must
• Should’ve managed Google Adwords and budget on Facebook.
• Must have experience with media planning, and execution
• Must be adept with Google Ads editor, Facebook ads, and LinkedIn ads
• Must be able to present the reports and explain the insights
• Experience with Flipkart and Amazon Marketplace is an advantage ⁠Lead Generation 

•⁠ ⁠Analyzing Marketing Campaign Performances

•⁠ ⁠Brainstorm New And Creative Growth Strategies

•⁠ ⁠Building marketing strategies 

•⁠ ⁠Creating Ad Copies to drive traffic

•⁠ ⁠Planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns. 

SKILLS REQUISITE (Generic)

• Professional-level proficiency in English
• Advanced knowledge of Digital Media and Online Marketing, abreast with latest industry trends, and marketing campaigns
• Proficient in content marketing theory and application maintains excellent writing and language skills
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, analytical & collaborative skills
• Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows
• Able to manage and accommodate the team members

QUALIFICATION REQUISITE

• Post Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
• Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / E-commerce will be added bonus
