Job Responsibilities:
As the Performance Marketing Manager at AMPM Luxury Fashion, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a data-driven and strategic professional with a strong background in digital advertising, analytics, and a passion for luxury fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Digital Advertising Strategy:
· Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across paid channels, including but not limited to PPC, SEM, display, and social media advertising.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital advertising initiatives with overall business objectives.
· Campaign Optimization:
· Optimize paid media campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI), conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
· Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data to make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
· Budget Management:
· Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business goals.
· Track and report on budget utilization, making recommendations for adjustments based on performance.
· Analytics and Reporting:
· Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to performance marketing efforts.
· Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on the effectiveness of campaigns.
· Collaboration and Coordination:
· Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that align with brand standards and resonate with the target audience.
· Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
· Stay Current with Industry Trends:
· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
· Implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the luxury fashion market.
Salary Range: 15-20 Lakh per annum (can exceed based on profile relevancy)
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and luxury fashion/fashion or related industries.
· Proven track record of driving successful performance marketing campaigns and achieving business objectives.
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
· Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
