Join our dynamic team, where creativity meets purpose. We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager who is passionate about scaling our diverse range of products. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Develop Marketing Strategies:
Create efficient and intuitive marketing strategies aligned with company goals to attract new users.
2. Oversee Advertising Campaigns:
Organize and manage effective advertising campaigns to boost sales.
3. Maintain Relationships:
Keep good relationships with media vendors and publishers for business success.
4. Digital Media Strategy Alignment:
Align digital media strategies with the company’s vision and business goals.
5. Brand Awareness Activities:
Create and execute activities to enhance the company's market presence.
6. SEO and Social Media Audits:
Perform regular audits to ensure best practices in social media and search engine optimization.
7. Ads Campaign Monitoring:
Monitor advertising campaigns and coordinate with the graphics team for engaging advertisements.
8. Execution of Marketing Activities:
Successfully execute various marketing activities each month.
9. Reviewing ROI and KPIs:
Regularly review Return on Investment (ROI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to refine marketing strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Daily and Monthly Customer Count:
Measure the increase in customer count as a result of marketing efforts.
2. Sales Revenue:
Monitor the revenue generated from marketing campaigns.
3. Customer Lifetime Value (CLV):
Assess the long-term value a customer brings to the organization.
4. Performance Metrics:
Evaluate results, cost per mile, cost per result, frequency, click-through rate (CTR), post engagement, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
5. Engagement Metrics:
Focus on CTR and engagement rates to measure ad effectiveness in driving user actions and interactions.
6. Conversion Metrics:
Track user actions post-ad interaction, such as conversion rates and ROAS.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 6 years (6+ years preferred) in a role as a Performance Marketer, Ads Operations Manager or similar, in a D2C brand for META ads campaigns.
