About Us: Nutrispray is a India's first vitamin oral spray supplement brand in India. We operate on a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) model, selling our products online via our Website and Amazon India. 

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with various agencies to manage and enhance Nutrispray's online presence. This role requires a proactive individual who can uphold our brand guidelines and identity, ensuring our marketing efforts are effective and consistent.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage relationships with creative and performance marketing agencies.

2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns and SEO strategies.

3. Collaborate with the creative agency to develop engaging content for Instagram and Facebook.

4. Report on the effectiveness of social media strategies and provide insights for improvement.

5. Ensure all content (ads, organic posts, reels) aligns with Nutrispray's brand guidelines.

6. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management. Experience in the Vitamin/Health or FMCG segment is an added bonus.

Strong understanding of Meta advertising - especially Metrics and Funnel management.

Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies.

Experience in managing brand identity and guidelines. Experience with Celebrity promoted brand is an added advantage.
