Overview: We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist, who will play a crucial role in optimising our Amazon, Google and digital advertising efforts. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales. Architect and deploy performance marketing strategies with a focus on sales acceleration and campaign success. Craft and execute a performance marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals, focusing on maximizing the efficiency and scalability of our e-commerce store. Maintain ROAS / ACOS as per team goal. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to drive conversion. Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to achieve KPIs. To prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, including key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and CPA, ACOS and more. Stay up-to-date with Amazon.com policies, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure compliance with Amazon advertising policies and guidelines. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns and driving sales. Proven track record of scaling online eCommerce businesses. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
