About Company NPST is a NSE Emerge Listed Fintech Company and has expansion plans in BFSI software domain. NPST has certified products in the payment domain and large-scale clients. We are looking for a qualified candidate to fulfil the role of innovative Product Marketing Manager with exceptional leadership and communication skills. A candidate who can adapt and will be responsible for driving the success of the outreach program and brand creation of NPST’s products and services in the industry. Responsibilities: Develop strategies and tactics for Branding and Marketing of our products and services being in the mainstream of the banking and fintech domain. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. Responsible for creating market understanding about the current trends in our niche area along with the needs and desires of consumers. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, and online campaigns, events, PR communication, ATL and BTL, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis. Produce valuable and engaging content for our online presence (includes website, social medial and blogs) that attracts and converts our target groups. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. Oversee and approve marketing Collateral including website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly. Content creation will be one of the core responsibilities. To ensure understanding of the product strategy, vision and leader’s thought process for existing product and upcoming features for go-to-market. Skills: Strong written and communication skill. Effective people management and relationship skills. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Preference- Experience on B2B and B2C businesses. Experience in products like payment, banking, wallet. Location - Mumbai
