Job Description - Project Head (Sales & Marketing)

Key Responsibilities Area :

 

Ø Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

Ø Develop and execute a sales plan that drives revenue growth and meets or exceeds sales targets

Ø Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities

Ø Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Ø Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

Ø Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

Ø Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

Ø Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.

Ø Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.

Ø Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Ø Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks

Ø Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management

Ø Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Ø Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Ø Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret and use sales data to drive business decisions

Ø Strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and implement a sales plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives

Ø Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and navigate complex business environments

Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Requirements
