Project Marketing and Sales

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our plumbing pipes and related products to government sectors, real estate developers, architects, and other relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients, including government sectors, real estate developers, architects, and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand the needs of customers and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
