Job Description - Head of Brand Marketing

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Growth Officer. As a Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for driving growth by leading sales, business development, and marketing strategies. You will oversee sales management, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities. This role is located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Sales, Business Development, and Sales Management skills
Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
Digital Marketing skills
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
