Marketing Assistant

Job Description: Zerodha is looking for a passionate and resourceful Marketing Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate level role, the Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in executing various campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and possess strong people management and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to drive engagement and grow the online community - Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, emails, and social media posts - Analyze marketing data and reports to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement - Support in organizing and executing events and promotional activities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing tactics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong people management skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools - Ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast-paced environment - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools preferred - Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
