Job Description:

As an Online Marketing Associate at OYO Rooms in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will work closely with the Marketing team to execute campaigns across various digital channels, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention - Collaborate with the Marketing team to create digital campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engine marketing - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the online marketing space - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing
