HIRING SENIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE ACROSS LOCATIONS - GURGAON & KOLKATA Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon/Kolkata for a Senior Operations Executive. Strong understanding of BTL/ATL/ Consumer and Trade Marketing. The Senior Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, analyzing data and performance metrics, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing strategic plans. Vendor management and strong vendor base. The role involves collaborating with various departments and ensuring smooth execution of projects and processes. Qualifications 1. Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity across all departments within the agency. 2. Collaborate with department heads to set operational goals and objectives aligned with the agency's overall business strategy. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. 4. Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and technology, to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness. 5. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing for goods and services. 6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery. 7. Lead and mentor operations team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities. 8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operations, data privacy, and security. 9. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions and ensure business continuity. 10. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and senior management, providing regular updates on operational performance and key initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (Preferred - Business/Marketing) 4 - 5 Years of relevant work experience Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
