Job Title: Senior Manager - Business Development Department: Exports Job Summary: The company has major ongoing business with big retailers. This position will manage complete order lifecycle from inquiry to payment while meeting customer demands and growing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with Sales head and identify business growth opportunities Development of new verticals (category, market, customer, etc) Carry out Gap Analysis & prepare Market Survey report Customer communication/ Be the front face Manage and lead all new inquiries/buying trips activities with the help of MSG, Product Development & Creative team Travel to assigned markets Back office co-ordination with all concerned departments for smooth and timely execution of order Checkpoint for all Assistant Merchandisers' responsibilities Follow up for payment in case of delays Frequently visiting the plant for planning and production review Major Duties 1. Understand customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction at each step. 2. Represent Navneet’s International business in front of customers during fairs, buying trips and customer meetings and visits. 3. Have a complete control on order execution and coordinate with each of the teams involved. 4. Prepare report of market research report and review the same every buying season.
