Job Purpose -
The Senior Manager would own the programme marketing across the portfolios of ISB Executive Education and strategic events for the brand. The Senior Marketing Manager is the driving force behind all programme marketing initiatives and strategic event branding for ISB Executive Education. This role is pivotal in supervising and crafting strategic communication across various programmes, ensuring the messaging resonates with the target audience and aligns seamlessly with ISB EE's marketing and educational ethos.
Job Outline -
The Senior Marketing Manager oversees the strategic direction and team management of marketing activities related to ISB's Open Programmes and Executive Education portfolios.
Strategic Marketing and Communication:
Strategically plan, develop, and manage all customer-centric assets and communications, including the website, social media channels, collateral, events, and public relations.
Take ownership of programme marketing to forge high-quality, consistent, and flawless communication that synergistically aligns programme features with the target groups' explicit and implicit needs.
Outreach and Campaign Management:
Lead B2C and B2B outreach and communication campaigns, driving efficacy, monitoring outcomes, and fostering continual improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to curate a strategic events calendar and ensure impeccable execution, optimizing the use of internal resources.
Market Analysis and Innovation:
Maintain a marketer's curiosity by monitoring competitors and exploring innovative strategies to remain competitive.
Act as the authority on marketing technology, staying up-to-date with market trends and integrating marketing process automation tools.
Performance Measurement and Optimization:
Assess the performance of all marketing activities, evaluate ROI, and propose and implement measures for improvement.
Performance and Quality Management:
Implement and oversee performance metrics for all marketing efforts, ensuring the marketing team exceeds established benchmarks in communication quality and market penetration.
Resource and Service Improvement:
Regularly provide insights and reports on the performance of marketing strategies, using analytics to drive improvements in visibility and engagement.
Technology for Strategic Marketing and Analytics:
Master the use of advanced marketing tools for strategic planning and analytics, ensuring a robust and data-driven approach to ISB's programme marketing initiatives. Use GPT and other AI tools to drive automation, innovation and productivity.
Job Specification -
Knowledge /Education - MBA or a higher degree in marketing or related disciplines, from premier institutions only
Specific Skills -
Excellent and proven marcom skills (written and verbal), demonstrated through successful campaigns run in the past
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organization and prioritization capabilities to work across multiple projects/ tasks at a time
Extreme process orientation and eye for detail in communications, and in defining and effecting workflows.
Strong campaign execution, coordination and vendor management capabilities
Working experience of organic and paid social media campaigns
Excellent and proven marcom skills (written and verbal); Demonstrated success in leading marketing campaigns; Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; Advanced organization and prioritization capabilities; Strong process orientation and meticulous attention to detail; Proficient in social media marketing across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Desirable Experience - 10-12 years experience in branding, communication and driving successful marketing campaigns
Sound working knowledge of Social Media Marketing –Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Experience with both organic and paid social media campaigns
