Responsibilities   Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share. Driving GTM (Go-To-Market) Expansion: Proactively Identifying and Cultivating Leads, Ensuring Follow-Up for Retail/Institutional/Distributor Expansion to Enhance Brand Reach. Managing Brand Activations: Coordinating, Auditing, and Expanding Events/ Activations and Partnerships. Identifying Key Vendors, Partners, and Channels for Scalable Brand Activation. Champion college presence and activation for the brand Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, encompassing advertising, promotions, and digital initiatives. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales figures, market share, and brand awareness, to identify areas for enhancement. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, vendors, and agencies. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitors' activities. KPIs Sales KPIs, Market Share, Execution agility and timelines, the effectiveness of campaigns, development and maintaining relationships with stakeholders Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in brand management or marketing roles, Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools. Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms is a plus.
