Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing strategies tailored to our investment app.

Manage PPC campaigns on Google, Bing, and social media platforms.

Work with SEO team to guide them in optimizing content and technical aspects to enhance organic visibility and attract qualified users.

Analyze data to track performance, identify trends and guide strategy to miximize RoI

Collaborate with content creators for engaging marketing materials.

Build partnerships with affiliates and influencers for wider reach.

Implement growth hacking techniques to rapidly expand our user base.

Experiment with innovative marketing tactics to achieve exponential growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering/Marketing or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on fintech products/services in the Indian market.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant marketing tools is essential.

Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for deriving actionable insights from complex data sets.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Proven track record of orchestrating successful marketing campaigns that drive tangible results in user acquisition and revenue growth.

Innovative thinking and problem-solving prowess to tackle challenges in a rapidly evolving market.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.

Ability to work independently and drive metrics with minimal direction; high agency

Preferred: Prior b2c wealth tech marketing experience
