Senior Social Media Executive

Job description

We are seeking an experienced brand marketer to join our dynamic team and oversee digital marketing projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and deadlines. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resources required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Interact with clients to take detailed project briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed according to the client requirements
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Regularly update all stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and potential issues.
• Track project performance daily, weekly & monthly, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals and for reaching committed milestones.
• Create and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Track expenses and report on budget variances.
• Use and continually develop leadership skills

Requirements:

• At least 2-4 years of proven experience as a senior media Branding person, preferably in digital marketing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Experience required: 2 - 4yrs
