Position Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive business growth.
Position Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote our services, events, and initiatives across various platforms including LinkedIn.
• Create engaging and compelling content such as posts, graphics, videos, and blogs to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
• Oversee job postings across multiple job platforms to ensure visibility and reach to potential candidates.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, digital advertising, and SEO to optimize our strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and target audience preferences.
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials as needed.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and foster client relationships.
Position Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing preferably within the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy and narratives.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Position Desired Skills
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and video editing software (e.g., Camtasia).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
