Job Description - Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and an executioner with a proven track record of driving traffic and engagement on LinkedIn in the B2B and enterprise segments. They will also be responsible for creating social media content, managing vendors, collaborating with internal teams for design and videos, and building social media presence on multiple platforms across different regions around the world. 

Responsibilities:   

Social Media Management  

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on driving traffic and engagement primarily on LinkedIn and other platforms such as YouTube and Instagram in the B2B and enterprise segments. 
  • Manage all aspects of social media campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. 
  • Build social media presence across different regions around the world, adapting content and strategies to local preferences and cultural nuances as required.
  • Stay updated on social media and industry trends, best practices, and platform updates, and incorporate them into our social media strategies and content plans to drive engagement and build brand awareness. 
  • Managing and updating Ozonetel profile and growth on 3rd party websites such as G2, TrustRadius, Salesforce, and other partner portals and sites. 

 

Metrics & Growth  

  • Be accountable for growing social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions, and use insights to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. 

Content, Creative & Videos  

  • Write compelling social media captions and copies tailored to different audience segments and platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. 
  • Create content for other social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram by coordinating with the design team, freelancers and vendors as required. 

 

Collaboration   

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, customer marketing, and sales, to understand their requirements and incorporate them into social media strategies and content plans. 
  • Work closely with vendors, agencies, and freelancers to execute social media campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope. 

 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on driving traffic and engagement on LinkedIn in the B2B and enterprise segments. 
  • Proven track record of creating engaging social media content and managing successful social media campaigns. 
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling social media captions and copies that resonate with target audiences. 
  • Experience managing vendors, agencies, and freelancers, including negotiating contracts, setting expectations, and ensuring deliverables are met. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. 
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation. 
  • Knowledge of B2B and enterprise marketing trends, technologies, and best practices is a plus.
