Job Description - Social Media Marketing Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels.
  • Create and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising
  • Implement A/B testing and other conversion optimization techniques
  • Track and report on the return on investment (ROI) of paid media campaigns

REQUIREMENTS

Business skills:

A paid analyst must have a good understanding of business operations and be able to communicate effectively with different departments and stakeholders. They should be able to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for the company.

Project management:

Analysts should be able to manage projects, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work well in a team environment .

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition and remarketing strategy for Spinny using channels such as Facebook marketing, Display and Discovery.
  • Plan and project costs, traffic, and conversions for your channel and BU’s as per monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Work closely with business teams to ensure successful business delivery and

continuously strive to optimize landing pages and user funnel with the help of technology and product teams.

  • Visualize and build the required analytics dashboards and insight tools.
  • Own the consumer journey funnel from impressions to final conversion for your channel and BU’s.
  • Experiment continuously with new platforms, features, and optimization

methods with clear success/failure metrics.

  • Use Google Analytics and other analytics+reporting tools to identify marketing opportunities and track + optimize campaigns to ensure successful business deliveries while keeping CAC in check.

Mandatory

  • Graduate from a premier institute with 2-4 years of relevant experience in Paid Marketing/Marketing Analytics.
  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and growth-hack in unique ways.
  • Must be data-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High degree of ownership in taking initiatives to completion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a broad set of internal teams (creative, content, design, and product teams) and external stakeholders (vendors).

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or any analytics tool.
  • Experience working in an e-commerce company will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer touchpoints for re-targeting across the funnel.
