Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to join our team at SportsBaazi. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, possess a deep understanding of various social media platforms, have a good understanding of ORM and have a proven track record of devising and implementing successful social media strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and user acquisition for SportsBaazi across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) while ensuring it aligns with the brand voice, style, and messaging.

- Plan and schedule social media content calendars, considering seasonal trends, sports events, and promotional campaigns to drive user engagement and retention.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools to generate insights and optimize content strategies.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand

presence across all social media channels.

- Overlook ORM and engage with the followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven work experience (2 years) as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, preferably in the sports or gaming industry.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for each platform.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet

deadlines.

- Passion for sports, fantasy sports, and a solid understanding of sports culture and trends.

- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms.
