<p>Digital Marketing Role - Martech </p><p><br/></p><p>Website & Analytics:<br/><br/>- Conduct regular audits and analysis of website performance; develop and implement website optimization strategies to enhance user experience, while increasing website traffic <br/><br/>- Defining events and trigger on website and app and working with tech team to implement the same<br/><br/>- Analyzing how users navigate through a website and app and interact with its content, gain valuable insights to drive conversions<br/><br/>- Analysing heatmaps, funnels, exit pages, click tracking etc. to increase LTV<br/><br/>SEO:<br/><br/>- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies<br/><br/>- Manage team of SEO Specialists and SEO agency<br/><br/>- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes<br/><br/>- Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy<br/><br/>- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)<br/><br/>- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects<br/><br/>- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends<br/><br/>Content Marketing:<br/><br/>- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals<br/><br/>- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets<br/><br/>- Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high quality content<br/><br/>- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics<br/><br/>- Analyze web traffic metrics<br/><br/>- Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence<br/><br/>Retention marketing:<br/><br/>- Responsible for retention marketing strategy and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.<br/><br/>- Work on omnichannel strategies including Email, SMS, Whatsapp, Push etc.<br/><br/>- Work on creating and optimizing customer journeys and lifecycle<br/><br/>- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.
