<p>Manager - Marketing - Footfall Cataylst </p><p><br/></p><p>- As the Marketing Manager - Footfall Catalysts at Wonderla, you will lead a team of park marketing professionals based out of our amusement parks. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving footfall and enhancing guest experiences through innovative marketing campaigns, exciting events, and effective management of the events calendar at the park level. </p><p><br/></p><p>- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute on-ground activations, ideate interventions to improve footfall, plan and coordinate events, and manage the events calendar to ensure a vibrant and engaging experience for our park visitors.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Leadership and Team Management:<br/><br/>- Lead and mentor a team of park marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve departmental goals and objectives.<br/><br/>On-Ground Execution and Activation:<br/><br/>- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategic marketing plans into actionable on-ground activations and initiatives at our park locations.<br/><br/>- Ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities within the parks, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.<br/><br/>Footfall Improvement Interventions:<br/><br/>- Ideate and execute interventions to drive footfall and increase park attendance, leveraging insights from market research, guest feedback, and industry best practices.<br/><br/>- Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences, optimize ticket sales channels, and improve customer engagement through targeted initiatives.<br/><br/>Events Calendar Management:<br/><br/>- Manage the events calendar at the park level, ensuring a diverse and engaging lineup of events and activities throughout the year.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and event organizers to schedule and plan events, aligning with park operations, marketing objectives, and guest preferences. Objective is to ensure that events draw in significant footfall to our parks<br/><br/>Performance Monitoring and Analysis:<br/><br/>- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to footfall, ticket sales, guest satisfaction, and event attendance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.<br/><br/>- Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making, measure the impact of marketing initiatives, and optimize strategies for driving Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.<br/><br/>- 7+ years of experience in marketing, events management, or related roles, with a focus on driving footfall and enhancing guest experiences in the leisure or entertainment industry.<br/><br/>- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver exceptional results.<br/><br/>- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.<br/><br/>- Passion for the amusement park industry, creativity, and a customer-centric approach to marketing and guest experience enhancement.<br/><br/>- Join Wonderla and lead the charge in driving footfall, creating memorable experiences, and delighting our park visitors through innovative marketing campaigns and exciting events!</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
