We are looking for an experienced and empathetic individual passionate about setting up a people centric HR department and facilitate general operations / administrative work. Key Responsibilities   Accountable for execution of core HR operations including administration, hiring, on-boarding, payroll, performance management, compliance, and reporting. Introduce initiatives, policies and activities with a key focus on enhancing team happiness and well-being. Faciliate general operations by collaborating with respective team member. Maintain knowledge of trends and latest regulations in employment law to ensure compliance. Create reports/dashboards with the help of analytics team to get meaningful insights to drive strategic decisions Requirements 3+ years of experience in core HR operations including performance management. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and interview methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead with empathy.
